👋🏼 Hello, I'm Willow and this is my journey in Talent Acquisition
Throughout the 4+ years of my career, I have learned to start with empathy - helping companies better understand their hiring needs, and understanding what candidates are looking for in their job search.
In doing so, I have helped seed stage start ups to Fortune 500 companies build talented teams in not just technology, but sales, customer success, accounting, and marketing.
My work centres around being able to understand both the hiring managers needs and candidates needs, making sure it is a great fit for both parties. Being able to help another individual find a life chancing opportunity is what fuels be to make an impact on both a personal and professional level.
I am the happiest when being challenged and would be happy learning something new every day! Whether it is coming up with new recruitment strategies, streamlining recruitment processes, implementing new ATS systems, I am no stranger to 'getting my hands dirty'.
